Damien Boyd: Deceived by the Light

Damien Boyd is a former solicitor turned crime fiction writer.

Drawing on extensive experience of criminal law as well as a spell in the Crown Prosecution Service, Damien writes fast paced crime thrillers featuring the popular Detective Inspector Nick Dixon, including the new novel, Blue Blood .

His new book, Deceived by the Light, introduces his new character, DCI Bob Willis, set in Ilminster and the surrounding area. Bob is convinced an innocent man has been framed, leaving a serial killer cruising the A303 with impunity, free to target lone women who have broken down by the roadside late at night.
